OUT OF DATE TECHNOLOGY
This only works with WiFi if its 2.5, I have 5.0.. the software won’t let me select my model, it keeps going to the wrong model. I need a new computer - NOW, its an emergency buy and now I cannot get this software to install. Who designs a printer that doesn’t just down load what you need.. why do I need another mobile app to manage this?? Taking up space and wasting my time with spam. I will NEVER buy a HP again.

Failed app
This application does not work right at all. Used the app once to set up my printer, which didn’t even help me solve my orignal problem with the connection with my laptop and being able to remotely scan, and now the app won’t even load for me. Just breaks down and crashes in a nanosacond after opening. Unusuable. Sad.

Just uploaded everything to my Mac with ease. I just got this printer so nothing to share other than everything is going smooth and easy so far.

Useless
This is a useless app. It did absolutely nothing. Wish I could get the last hour of my life back. It’s too late for me, but I can still save you. Don’t waste your time with this app. I just ended up using the generic driver and added the printer using the IP address.
